(Holding Macie with my left arm on her birthday)
The gym up the street finally opened about 2 years after the original opening date. I have been trying to get back into working out. Back before I was married I was at the gym most mornings by 5 or 5:30. It hasn't happened in a long time. But, I am working on fitting it in a few days a week. The one thing I have discovered, my left arm is twice as strong as my right. You would think being right handed, I would be stronger on my right side. But, carrying a baby in my left arm so I can use my right arm has had a big impact. I can seriously tell a huge difference. So all of you carrying toddlers around, change sides!
If you read the title please imagine the "mama" sounding like a little chick on some cartoon. This is what I hear 20,000 times a day. Who knew you could get tired of hearing your baby call your name!

I have the same problem, plus my lower back hurts on my left side. My friend Diane at work says I walk lop-sided now too from always carrying him on my left side. I've tried switching, but I just can't do anything with my left hand. So it's pointless. I'll just have to look like Popeye on the left side until he doesn't want to be carried any more.
I never thought about it, but I always carry Bryce in my left arm too.
Remember it was my left rotator cuff that I tore from lifting and carrying my little chunker around on the left side.
